Hypertension Care is a supportive Ayurvedic wellness programme designed to promote relaxation, healthy lifestyle habits, and overall cardiovascular wellbeing. At Pranamaya, the programme focuses on an individualized approach that considers the person's constitution, lifestyle, diet, stress levels, sleep, and overall health. The programme may include calming Ayurvedic therapies, relaxation practices, breathing exercises, dietary guidance, and physician-prescribed herbal support. Treatments are selected according to individual suitability and are intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical management of blood pressure.

Key Therapies

Hrid Vasti – Localized Oil Therapy
A herbal dough reservoir is placed over the chest area and filled with suitably selected warm medicated oil. This traditional localized therapy is used to provide warmth, relaxation, and comfort.

Takradhara – Cooling Buttermilk Therapy
A gentle stream of medicated buttermilk is poured over the forehead using a controlled flow. Traditionally used as a calming and cooling therapy, it may be incorporated when considered suitable.

Arjuna Herbal Support
Ayurvedic preparations containing Arjuna and other traditionally used herbs may be prescribed by the physician based on individual requirements. The formulation and dosage are determined professionally.

Pranayama & Relaxation
Gentle breathing practices and relaxation techniques are incorporated to encourage calmness, mindful breathing, and a balanced daily routine.
